Gen. Oh was created later in life. However, it is true that Liu Bei specially selected these five men and placed them at the peak of the military.

Guan Yu was a battlefield soldier and governor of Hyungju. He was the only one of the five who was recognized for independent sovereignty. By way of comparison, he was a vice president who could act as a representative.

The equipment served as General Woo and Parseo Taesu. Parseo served as the gate of the city in terms of location. The equipment served as a support manager who could immediately step up in case of an unexpected situation inside.

Macho, a veteran, was second only to Guan Yu, but had no real power. He had just joined the group, but was originally an influential figure in Yangju. Recruitment of him increased Ubiqui's authority and sent a signal of solidarity to Yangju. However, his actual role was nothing but a face-to-face wife because he was too different from other figures to take charge of the job. Today, he was a big-name advisor who was selected for the sake of public attention.

Although Hwangchung was not an elder and did not have a good background, he was appointed to the rear army in recognition of his performance. As Liu Bei's power was reborn as a large company after leaving the start-up, its composition was evolving beyond the owner's private organization. Hwang Chung, who was the representative of recruitment, was like the head of the new business division.

Choun was the lowest among the five men in the rank of escort. As Choun led Liu Bei's direct unit, however, he did not have a small presence (originally, power was proportional to the distance from a powerful person, not determined by position). As Choun used to be a port commander and was cautious in personality, he was not obsessed with his stake unlike Guan Yu and Gigi. Having never formed his own faction in his life, Choun was an ideal commander of security.

These seem to have been a natural choice for us in later years, but in fact, Liu Bei had several other options.

Considering her performance, Wi-yeon was a good choice. Wi-yeon's performance was proven to be poor in hierarchy and was an admiral of South Korea and China. If she had pursued political solidarity, she could have pushed for the prestigious omen and the imperial authority in Ikju, a newly occupied province. If her goal was to strengthen the power of the royal authority, she was also a good candidate, as evidenced by her long relationship (Yubi married a woman of Oh clan and had two sons after coming to her senses), and her long relationship with Jindo Island (which was reported to have boasted a reputation comparable to that of a lucky day). In the three-nation ties, the weight of Jindo Island was removed due to its coincidence and image. If Liu Bei had chosen him, today's recognition of Jindo might have been equivalent to that of Chowoon).

The combination of the five was the result of Liu Bei's consideration of the balance of the organization.

First of all, their roles were clearly distinguished. Guan Yu was in charge of the outside, and the equipment was supported inside. Choun served as a safeguard for the regime, while macho and hwangchung were some kind of messengers.

The factions were also complementary. Guan Yu and Guan Yu were representatives of the founding forces. However, they were uncertain about the division of construction work and had a strong territorial tendency toward new recruits (Guan Yu even openly protested that he could not stand in the same line as the emperor). The reason behind the appointment of forage and the emperor may have been to instill diversity in the organization.

In this way, Liu Bei systematically absorbed factional strife by establishing a balance-oriented system.

This system had many advantages.

The newly established Chok Dynasty had a small talent pool and had serious conflicts from birth. But by embracing all of them, Liu Bei created a force that was not inferior to Wei and Wu dynasties. Due to factional competition, Liu Bei's power was strengthened. Is that why? Until the Chok Dynasty fell, no deadly civil war occurred.

However, there were also many disadvantages.

Ieom was the one who instead reached the peak of the military when the Oho leaders disappeared. He was appointed to the battlefield army after Liu Bei's death and later became the commander of the army. There were several people who had better military talent than Ieom. But it wasn't talent that mattered. After all, after the first generation, it was difficult to satisfy the distribution of talent and power at the same time.

Looking back, there were many people in the Chok Dynasty who were in trouble due to complaints that 'they were not treated as much as their talents'. Representatively, there are Wiyeon, Yangui, Paengyang, and Yolip. History focuses on their personality flaws, but by chance, there would not have been many characters with 'ego' in the Chok Dynasty alone.

As a Chinese proverb goes, "Yohwa takes the lead because there is no leader in the Chok Dynasty." It refers to a situation in which an ordinary person takes an important role because there are no characters. However, it is hard to simply say that the Chok Dynasty's talent shortage is due to its small population. It was not recognized by Chok Dynasty such as Gwak Ik and Na Heon, but there were many generals who later active in Qin Dynasty.

Although it is less known than Captain Ohho, Jojo also had beings called "Oja Yangjang." They are Jangryo (Jeonjanggun), Ugeum (Jwajeong/~216), Janghap (Jwajeong/~228), Akjin (Jwajeong/~216), and Seo Hwang (Jwajeong/~226).

They were different from General Oh in many ways.

First, they were not the original members. Akjin was a soldier, and all others were experienced. Among them, Jangryo and Janghap were originally Jojo's enemies.

Second, they were completely hands-on talents. The chiefs of the Chok Dynasty had a political role beyond combat, but the Wei Dynasty's chiefs did not. Janghap and Seo Hwang are said to have rarely interacted with other people when there was no war.

Third, he was asked for fierce internal competition. Jojo deliberately placed the two together in a joint even though Jang Ryo and Akjin knew that they were not on good terms with each other. The rest of the work was often reversed up and down depending on performance. Seo Hwang had a record that the soldiers were afraid because of the training and Woo Geum had strict military laws. It can be guessed that the pressure on their performance was considerable.

Unlike Liu Bei, Cao Cao thoroughly established a mission-oriented personnel system.

The position of leader of the Wei Dynasty was a position that could be replaced at any time depending on the performance, so it was structurally advantageous for the recruitment of external talents and the development of internal stars. Even after the disappearance of 'Oja Yangjang', the Wei Dynasty produced a series of specialists specializing in each front line. After Janghap, Gwak Hoe, Jintae, and Deungae took over the front line of the Chok Dynasty, and the front line of the Oh Dynasty was Jang
