When Russia said it was a special military operation, I didn't understand what it meant..
If it's war, it's war, and war is all-out war.

However, so far, Russia has referred to the invasion of Ukraine as a special military operation.
Now I understand the meaning.
It's not their full capacity, it's not their full mobilization system, it's just mercenaries and volunteers fighting the war with the resources they can sustain..
It was not a war, but a military operation because it was an opponent worth trying even if one hand was tied up.
