How can you speak well

There are many things that many people miss when it comes to learning a foreign language, but to be good at a foreign language, you have to be good at Korean and enjoy reading, writing, and speaking.

How can you speak well in a foreign language when you don't speak at all or know well? Even in the shared office where I am, some people are very shy or blunt, so they hardly speak at all, and some people greet, ask questions, and chat even if they make eye contact. There are more Americans who stutter in English than expected. There are no words, nothing to say, and there are not many things that can be said, so what can you say well?

In fact, when you say you are good at something, you need to define and think about what you are good at, but generally when you say you are good at English, you think of it as being fluent and native in English, but is this really good at English? Being good at speaking, listening, writing, reading and understanding English well, and furthermore being good at conversation itself, persuading well, being funny, presenting well... There is no end, but the point is that not all people who are good at Korean speak English well, but those who are not good at Korean can't speak English well.

In particular, adults are significantly less capable of creating words, so you cannot use words that you have memorized and do not already know the meaning, and it becomes difficult to infer the meaning of the sentence itself when there are three or four words in a sentence that you do not know. In other words, it is impossible to speak well in English because you cannot understand words that you do not know in Korean in English. Therefore, adults should improve their overall language skills so that language skills will not improve quickly if they only study English.
