If it is not measured, it will not be measured.)
The business planning season is passing by.
How many companies in Korea regularly plan their businesses and track and manage their businesses accordingly?
My estimate is that it is around 10% at most.
The reason is that even if a business plan is not established or established, a business plan is often referred to as a business plan.
The definition of a business plan is as follows.
- Standards for business activities created to plan, measure and manage (not plan) business activities such as sales, development, operation, marketing, etc.
In other words, it is a task to prepare standards for how to judge from employee salary increases to evaluation of new businesses.
When I asked people about how to get out of the stagnant water organization, I asked them if they planned a business plan. There was no business plan with 100% certainty. There was only a business plan.
Regardless of the company's business history, the better the performance of the representative individual, the more they relied on it to move.
So in a way, it's flexible and in a way, it's a fist ball.
As a result, the CEO's workload accelerates. The reason is that people do not move before the CEO approves the plan because the standard is only in the CEO's head and the plan is only in the CEO's head.
Can't I just do this much on my own?
You've worked with me for so long, and you still don't know me? If you had this thought... Don't do that...
My baby speed. How do you know all about other people's babies when your parents don't know..
The following elements are needed in the business plan.
1) Goals to be achieved in 6-12 months (necessary numbers but not just numbers)
2) The prize of talent that is needed and will be with you during that time
3) 1) Key actions of the organization to achieve
4) Marketing Scenario including Persona
5) Sales pitch scenario
6) a new product/new service/new business plan
7) Review and optimize product profitability
😎 Individual-team-business objectives based on 1) and 3)
9) Quarterly - Semi-annual - Annual Performance Review and Management Schedule
10) 2024 Review Based on Half-Year Preliminary Compensation
11) Estimated cash flow and funding plan for 2025
I don't know how to do this, but from my experience
1)-3) brings together key executives and key men and comes out in one day
4)-11) can be distributed, collected, and organized by each department, team, and job based on 1)-3.
It usually does this, but it depends on the size, but if there are about 50 to 100 people, it will be over in two weeks.
Human resource management that evaluates employees, adjusts salaries, and seeks necessary manpower with this business plan, and since the data is collected in the process, knowledge management and fund management become more transparent as the data is accumulated, waste removal is possible.
Does the company want to have sustainability, or continuity?
Do you want the employees to do well on their own?
Then start with a business plan.
