Because he doesn't know what he doesn't know, he is full of confidence. List what you know and have experienced, and know how great you are. And believe that what you have experienced is the truth of the world.

3. coaching and intellectual quality

The master mainly asks questions. Ask a question that can be sympathized with the other person's position. The other person must ask a question or ask specific advice first to carefully present his or her opinion. In particular, do not touch the other person's main point first.

Sewage is always ready to be pointed out. It is mistaken that pointing out the other person's difficulties and problems is a great analytical skill, just because the person holding the hammer only sees a place to be nailed.
