1. About Impeachment

It is the same person who was not involved in the investigation at all, but made a section called "Just Dream" for ordinary people without money, and introduced a "cash card for children who have no self-esteem" to buy food for children in need. When a person was elected as a presidential candidate, he suddenly called for an investigation and actively supported the investigation agency's power.

However, another party presidential candidate indirectly revealed who he was supporting by not urging an investigation even though he was accused of using his authority to inspect judges.

2. About the amendment of the Constitution

The more underdeveloped the country, the more often the constitution changes, the more often the government is overthrown, and the politics are not stable.  

The U.S. Constitution was established in 1779, and the fundamental rights provision has not changed much since it entered two years later, in 1981, but it has a fairly stable political structure and maintains that system.
