people who don't try
#1
It's about a Korean woman's house who recently went to clean. There were people who cleaned, but they couldn't clean on a day when they needed to clean, so they were introduced to me and cleaned.
I told you exactly about the price in advance, but you don't seem to understand it exactly.
I gave 200 dollars to others before, but I charged 300 dollars, so I was a little flustered at first.
It was 45% more expensive, but this person told me this.
"This time, I'll give you 300 dollars, but it's not a waste of money at all. Usually, cleaning people are elderly couples, but something wasn't done well all the time. They're elderly, but it's too much to complain about cleaning. Thank you so much for your cleanliness. Please make it a regular one in my house from now on."
The only regular Korean customers were executives of a construction company, but now there are new Korean customers.
I unintentionally took out someone else's catch.
They say they've been cleaning for a long time since they came to Australia, but how did they clean...

This is what an acquaintance who lives in New Zealand told me.
It is said that there are a lot of molds in the house, so I was introduced to a Korean couple and received an estimate for cleaning. When asked if it was a reasonable price because it was $650, he answered that it might come out that much after looking at the house photo. Fungal removal is because the detergent is so strong that it is expensive, and I thought it would come out quite a lot because it is doing a house that has not been cleaned for a long time.
But when they went to clean and said they couldn't because the mold wasn't removed, they said they only did about bacuum (vacuum cleaner). (What is this case?)
But when Pecin wiped it off with a mop, the mold came off. lol
I heard that even though they sprayed the detergent they sprayed, the mold could not be removed, so I gave up thinking that it was not possible.
I'm so dumbfounded...
All the mold removal detergents are soaked in Lax, and you have to spray them, scrub them with a scrubber, and wipe them with a mop. But they said they couldn't because they didn't even clean them and just spray the detergent...
They cleaned up for a long time, so I was dumbfounded.

Some of my guests really lived in mansions (the biggest house I've ever cleaned). But it's quite far from my house and I kept changing my timetable, so I was annoyed and thought I'd stop cleaning it.
I thought I should introduce it to someone else and get some introduction fee.
So I decided to introduce it to Korean couples I know and receive the one-time cleaning fee as a introduction fee. I don't remember well, but it was about 450 dollars.
For your information, their cleaning experience is older than me.
They haven't cleaned a mansion like this, so they thought it would be fun just to look at the house.
But even after a week or two, I called because there was no call to give you a referral fee...
It got cut off right after a day of cleaning.
No, they introduced me to such a nice house, and the house is clean, so I don't have a hard time, but I missed it. I didn't know I missed it even though I shared a house where I cleaned alone. What a...

There were a few Koreans who came to me to learn how to clean, and I felt a lot that I wasn't really good at the basic attitude of learning. At that time, it was when I did YouTube that taught me how to clean, and I didn't even post a few videos, but he came to me without watching it and asked me.
But the funny thing is that one of them didn't tell me how to clean even if I asked him how to clean.
I was asking to teach you how to clean.
But he heard me and asked me if I could follow him around and learn while cleaning. lol
Later, I threw it to this person who caught me, but I got humiliated and suffered a lot. You asked me to help you so much, so why do you do such a thing? 😡
Even after several years, this lady's business is in the same state without any growth.
People tell me not to tell them how to clean, but I just tell them everything. It doesn't hurt my business at all. Is it okay to say that the cleaning business only knows how to clean? You have to be good at marketing, customer management, time management, and everything.
I couldn't do it even if I wrote it down, and eventually I cleaned it again.
I make a living thanks to these people.
There's something the customers tell me. There are a lot of cleaners, but none of them are right.
I just say one word to the customer who goes to quote at first and says it's expensive.
"Do it cheap."
I can't do it cheaply because I'm not just selling cleaning. I'm getting a high price to sell 'trust'.
* The review in the picture is the CEO of a construction company, and this was also the house that was originally cleaned by another Korean president. This place is also a case where I transferred even though it's much more expensive, and I've been cleaning it for about 5 years.
