The impeachment bill is likely to be passed by the National Assembly.

Some pro-Yoon lawmakers may argue against impeachment from the public's power, but more than 8+ alpha lawmakers voted for the withdrawal of martial law on Wednesday. (After talking to one or two of the 50 lawmakers at the party headquarters, half of them are wait-and-see, not this or that side.)

The problem is that the impeachment motion was passed by the National Assembly. Immediately after that, the authority of the president is suspended. Discussion on impeachment of the Constitutional Court must be concluded within six months at maximum, but there are currently six justices. Two of them will be appointed by President Yoon next year, if things continue as they were. This means that they are judges appointed by President Moon Jae In. From Yoon's point of view, they are not on his side, but those who "devastate with the communist forces." All six justices should approve the condition. In other words, it would be difficult to pass the impeachment motion in the Constitutional Court.

In other words, with their terms suspended, the ruling and opposition parties should move to a nation-neutral Cabinet. The ``mission'' of a nation-neutral Cabinet is an early end to this turmoil. Yoon, who would never admit his wrongdoings, might think he should ``rejudge the Constitution,'' but he has long exceeded the limits of people's patience.

The most important task of the national neutral cabinet is to protect the constitution until the referendum on the constitution of the early presidential election, which includes supplementary provisions saying, "The current presidential term is until the new constitution enters into force."

The constitutional amendment bill can be used as a basis for the Moon Jae In government's constitutional amendment bill.
