If the judge's ruling limits the choice of the whole nation

More than half of the people supported the candidate.
I wonder if a judge is qualified to judge whether he is guilty or innocent. Would it be desirable for a judge to make a ruling that controls the will of the people in a single sentence? It is the power chosen by election whether it is supported or not. If both pros and cons accept the election results, it should be seen as a deprivation of the people's choice and opportunity to elect because approval and opposition are proof of national election.

In other words, even the pro-choice group is deprived of the opportunity to select its preferred candidate because it does not have the opportunity to prove that the majority of the proponents are the majority, and the opposing group is proved to have a small number of choices, thereby eliminating the freedom of opposition. In the end, there is no opportunity to vote to express one's choice with a single ruling, whether the entire people are in favor or against.

If a judge decides to block the freedom of elections for the entire nation with a humble ruling, isn't this the judge's dictatorship? We should also consider changing the prosecution system and the judge system. If a former senior prosecutor is a judge, 10 billion won will be accumulated due to the privileges of his former post. If there is a ruling like that, there will be many judges who will listen to it with their eyes closed if they shake it with lawmakers in Gangnam district, right?

It is time for a fundamental change in the Korean judges and prosecutors system. Why not the jury system for important trials? Dyeing and sewing clothes cannot be clothes for the judges and prosecutors system that has continued since the Japanese colonial era. A basic review of the judge system itself is needed.
