Each has a different role, but there is no high or low. I often said this when I was working for a company, and it is very important, especially in religious organizations. Sometimes even in religion, we have a lot of things to say about the high and low. In the case of the cathedral, when someone like the chief priest, the principal, the principal, the cardinal, etc. visits or visits, they think about the protocol and how to serve them, etc. Also, when the parishioner visits the cathedral, they make special arrangements in a variety of ways, from lunch treatment to liturgical mass.
The same goes for churches. In many cases, elders and butlers rule like a hierarchy.

Yesterday, Cardinal Lazaro visited my church. He held a Mass during his vacation, and the cardinal is said to be the third in rank after serving as the chief of the Daejeon Diocese and now working for the Roman Catholic Church. He is in charge of the entire priestly organization, which is in charge of personnel affairs. It is true that he is powerful within the Catholic Church.

At the entertainment ceremony, Cardinal Lazaro admonished them not to prepare anything and advised them not to send a choir special. He simply asked for the Mass as usual, and of course, no one was present. Most of the bishops at the parish level would be dispatched when someone in this high rank came. Not a single person came.

This is due to Cardinal Lazaro's divine request for no one to come. He came alone to hold the Mass, prepared a rosary as a gift, and had a simple lunch with the poor and powerless. That's how he said he wanted to share lunch with the believers.

The peace message should stop war and reduce weapons. Just as Jesus first said after his resurrection, "Peace to you," he said that he should be a Catholic who aims for peace.

He said he refused to be interviewed by all the media or newspapers, because if you say anything, the person on the other side will definitely attack you, so it's only going to cause division, and he said he was praying in silence. He said he was on U-Kids... Watch it when it's on air...

It is true that there is a hierarchy in our lives. Those who have the power of the haves move at a higher rank. But at the very least, there should be no hierarchy in religion. At a weekly sports meeting with the Catholic churches on Sunday, I asked them not to talk about being ranked third in religion alone. It's just that their roles are different. We are lay people, so we always go and worship and volunteer, and this is our job, the chief priest is the one who leads and organizes the cathedral, and the bishop is the Vatican according to the Vatican. He said that they play their own roles, not to look up and down.

I wish this society and this country were the same. At work, I sometimes said that. We are basically equal. It's just that the roles are divided in the system of work. So it's natural for you to voice your own voice and speak your mind and claim it. Please don't have that kind of self-consciousness of your boss. As long as I'm around, I won't be restructuring my employees. So I told them not to look at their roles in a different way, but I know that it's difficult in reality. But I think such efforts are necessary.

It is the same with the state. We elected a person who does not have a high person, but who plays that role. It would be great to run the country with this concept and think about citizens.

A society dominated by roles... I hope such a society will come.
