Tesla Can Self-Drive Without Holding FSD 12.4.3 Handle!
At 2 a.m. last night, 12.4.3 came down.
I went to various places and tested it today, and as Elon forewarned, the handle nag (which I shouldn't put my hand on the steering wheel while driving) is gone.
Previously, if you don't hold the handle, you'll get a blue paint on the top of the monitor a few minutes later, and the message "Move the handle lightly" came out, but in 12.4.3, if you look ahead, you won't warn you even if you don't hold the handle.
Instead, if you don't pay attention to the front for a certain period of time, a message comes out, saying, "Be careful of driving." At this time, you don't have to hold the steering wheel again, and if you pay attention to the front again, the message disappears.
People have been so clumsy that it has hurt my wrist to drive with my hands on the steering wheel, but now that it's gone, I don't think I'll want to look forward any time soon.
A feeling of a day's drive of 12.4.3
1. Driving has improved. Now I feel like I'm the best at driving after getting my driver's license and driving for 2-3 years.
2. The drive is not smooth. Kind of rough. It feels like I'm trying to keep the middle of the road width and I'm a bit anxious because it's too close to the left curb in the second lane of the residential area. And I try to get in as if I'm measuring myself when I'm moving lanes.
3. When another vehicle suddenly moved first at a 4 way stop, it didn't move in my turn either. It's not easy.
I'll try to drive a little more and sort out if there are any improvements that I felt were lacking in 12.3.6.
