How much does 1 billion weigh? It costs 3 million won per month. The reason lottery winners fall apart in a few years is because they don't know the weight of money. It's because they thought much bigger.
I asked 11 young writers what they would do if they earned 10 billion won. "If you had 10 billion won, what would you want to do?" I was surprised because my sense of 10 billion won was unrealistic. When I said that I wanted to build a school, I was confused whether I was joking or serious. 10 billion won is not that big of a deal.
On the contrary, the weight of monthly salary is regarded too lightly. A monthly wage of 300 million won is equivalent to 1 billion won.
A lottery winner or a president who makes money in a short period of time should know the concept of the weight of money. It is easy to misjudge amounts that are beyond the usual range. In this case, you can know the weight by converting 1 billion won into familiar units such as Will 300.
People with a monthly salary of 500 million won can live the same way without working. If you want to spend 10 million won a month, you need 2,000. Comprehensive income tax is 40%, local tax is 4%, medical insurance, national pension, etc. 10 billion won is Will 3,000 won, and it is 1,500 won per month excluding taxes. One family lives a little more than a middle class. Who doesn't know that? I even write a scrap of the book below.
[Book scrap]
Buy a four-story shopping center. Then, they will build a rustic cafe that is commonly found in neighborhoods on the first floor, and turn the second floor into a bar that sells comfortable snacks. Then, on the third floor, they will set up a PC room that feels like the early 2000s. Lastly, I live on the fourth floor.
What does it matter if there are a lot of customers and a lot of customers are small because there are 10 billion won? Even though it's morning and it's rush hour, I drink coffee while reading a book covered last night in a quiet first-floor cafe, and if I'm bored, I go up to an internet cafe and burn my time like burning firewood in an furnace. Then, at sunset, I call my friends and drink at a bar on the second floor with few tables. I'm nominally a business, or a rental business, but I don't care what my income is or what it's like.

It would be good to set up a school in our country for friends who want to escape our country's competitive public education, or a school for children in third countries who cannot learn due to economic conditions. It would be good to create a scholarship foundation or donation organization for the future of children after the first school opens, and to create a system that can continue to support graduates. - <If you have 10 billion won, what would you like to do little? 11 writers including Lala Star. Our department is pushing back public stock funds only for the first half of the year
In other words, from the second half of the year, the public offering stock market will be viewed as overheated, and the introduction will be reduced. As an alternative, I will try sourcing stock or bond-based Mokpo conversion funds.
More specifically, it is possible to plan 7-9% of products per year through bond funds with semiconductor-themed stocks. In the past, ELS customers were targeted as some targets
~ Although it managed to receive public offering shares by preparing hundreds of millions of won in subscription deposits, investors are complaining a lot as stock prices have fallen since the listing. As the public offering price exceeded the desired band and the proportional allocation competition rate reached hundreds or thousands of to 1, the minimum amount of evidence that needs to be prepared to be allocated for even a week has soared to the roof, but the competition rate is overshadowed by the competition rate.
According to the Korea Exchange on the 10th, APR closed at 262,000 won on the 8th. It is still above the public offering price (250,000 won), but it is 43.9% lower than the high point (467,500 won) on the first day of listing. Since its listing, its stock price has fallen nearly 17%, but there are concerns that the public offering price could fall below the current trend.
In order to receive one share of APR in the public offering, investors had to put in at least 200 million won in deposit. In a simple calculation, each organizer had to put in 288 million won in deposit of Shinhan Investment & Securities and 236 million won in Hana Securities to receive one share through proportional allocation. In the case of even allocation, 0.06 shares were received per person. In other words, only 6 out of 100 people were allocated one share each.
Investors began to subscribe despite the heavy margin because they could make up to 750,000 won (720 U.S. dollars) in profit if they went straight to "Tatble" (a four-fold increase from the initial public offering price) on the first day of listing. However, the maximum margin on the day of listing was only 217,500 won (212 dollars). Until recently, the maximum margin was only 12,000 won (172 dollars).
DS Danseok, which entered the KOSPI market late last year, also had to pay 91 million won to 111.8 million won to receive one share through proportional allocation. The probability of equal allocation was only 21 percent. DS Danseok achieved the tagble (400,000 won) on the day of listing, but its current stock price has fallen to 166,800 won.
Small and medium-sized stocks with relatively small public offerings also had to put in tens of millions of won in deposits. Kossem, which was listed last month, had a competition ratio of 5036.8 to 1 in proportional allocation. A subscription deposit of 40 million won was required to receive one share. The probability of equal allocation was 18%.
KNR System's proportional allocation competition ratio, which was listed on the 7th of this month, was 4553 to 1, and it had to bet a subscription deposit of 23 million won to receive one share.
The competition rate for general subscription is soaring due to the craze for public offering. According to Daishin Securities, the average competition rate for general subscription in February this year was 1,775 to 1, twice the average for the past seven years (874 to 1). As the fixed public offering price has also increased, investors are burdened with subscription deposits. The public offering prices of 11 newly listed stocks, including Woojin NTech and KNR System, have exceeded the desired price band.
The industry points out that the investor sentiment of institutions and individuals seeking short-term gains on the day of listing is widening the gap between subscription deposits and actual stock prices.
"Since expanding the price limit on the first day of listing in June last year, competition among institutions for demand forecasting has intensified, making the public offering price increasingly expensive, and individuals are taking all the burden," an asset management company CEO pointed out.
