For those who consider impeachment of Han Deok-soo justified, "restoration of constitutional order" is the same as "impeaching the Yoon Suk Yeol quickly."

Such a perception, however, is completely wrong. The "acting system" created by Lee Jae-myung of the Democratic Party is neither constitutional nor orderly.

What is a constitutional order? It is to resolve political conflicts according to predetermined laws, procedures, and customs.

Isn't the reason why Yoon Suk Yeol's surprise martial law cannot be accepted because it ignored all laws, procedures, and customs and tried to resolve political conflicts with violence at once?

The same goes for Lee Jae-myung and the Democratic Party's impeachment of Han Deok-soo.

Our constitution does not consider any situation at all, such as the need to establish an 'acting as an agent'. It is, so to speak, no man's land and uncharted water. It is an area where there is no law.

How can one call for the restoration of a normal constitutional order while leading the country of Korea to such a lawless world?

Now I am asking about the fundamentals of the rule of law established after the Magna Carta.

What is the Magna Carta? It is a demand of the nobles that any criminal must be dealt with according to an already established procedure. That simple principle was developed and became the basis of the rule of law we know today.

If so, even if a Yoon Suk Yeol is a rebellion criminal, isn't it too natural that the procedure for his punishment must also conform to the existing legal order?

Against this backdrop, if acting president Han Deok-soo had demanded "political consensus," as I have said since yesterday, there was only one thing the DP needs to do to restore the constitutional order. Convincing the people of power to reach consensus in the political circle.
