It's the female lawyer's words in the shorts video below, and I almost agree with it. (Planning is my opinion)

1. It's better to contract someone you don't know than to contract someone you know. (10,000 percent agree). Marketing is about letting a complete stranger come. Being introduced to an acquaintance is extremely difficult to handle and tends to get to the truth  
2. Sometimes a loud voice wins over the law. (Sometimes I want to change it to --> "Quite often.")
3. An ambiguous contractual relationship seems to be in my favor, but in the end, it is a disadvantageous contract and disputes inevitably arise.

4. Contracts and businesses that others don't do, all have good reasons.
5. It's all a lie to say it's not for money.
6. Money solves almost everything between a man who loves him as if he were going to die and a man who hates him as much as he wants to kill him. (Money is very important.)

7. There are also quite a few parents without motherhood and paternal love  
8. Scammers don't live by writing on their faces as scammers. (Rather, a naive person often turns into a con man later on. Since learning that people believe in what they say.)

9. Social underdogs are not all good people. (These days, the underdogs are much more vicious.)
10. There are quite a few married men and women who don't know they're cheating. (There's a saying that goes, "You'll get caught cheating," but that's what you can say because you're caught cheating. Too often, politicians take bribes, but it's just the tip of the iceberg.)

Many people may ask, "Isn't this an exceptional phenomenon?" but if the exception accounts for nearly 40%, it is a trend that cannot be ignored and cannot be said to be an exception.

Old ideas are stereotypes, preconceived notions, and almost all of them are wrong. You can assume that "almost all ideas that ordinary people have are wrong."
