Recently, U.S. Treasury Secretary Yellen visited China and warned strongly, arguing that China's 產能過剩 is adversely affecting economies around the world, including the United States

As real estate construction and social overhead capital investment have completely collapsed among the three pillars of growth, China is betting "the 活 of the Chinese economy" on expanding manufacturing production and increasing exports as the only survival strategy

Although the problem of 產能過剩 is a common problem that can occur in any country at any time, it is also true that China's 產能過剩, the world's largest factory, is regarded as a conflict and 恐怖 atmosphere of "Let's die and live."

At this stage, it may be seen as an excessive U.S. response, but given the size and weight of Chinese manufacturing, it is understandable that the U.S. feels it is a foreign attack and invasion by the "術" and is trying to prepare for it

In comparison, the Korean government and media think that China's "產能過剩" has nothing to do with us and neglect it, but from Korea's point of view, I think China's "產能過剩" is very likely to become Silent Killer

We must face the reality that numerous small- and medium-sized manufacturing and distribution industries in Korea are already falling into the abyss like autumn leaves due to China's "產能過剩." The government, including its trade and resources minister, is not at all distrustful of what it is doing
