I've been living quietly, but it's so much fun to go back and say something...

Since the end of last year, the low birth rate and the decline in national defense have become a hot topic. Thus, some parties brought up the women's conscription system and talked about it as if it was innovation. Originally, the number of conscripts was fixed 20 years ago. In other words, the number of conscripts in 2030 was fixed in 2010, and 2024 was also fixed in 2004. Thus, over the past 20 years, there have been three reforms for the defense force.

In 2005, the Roh Moo Hyunn government made the first defense reform in Korea to reduce the number of conscripts, change them to technology-oriented, and to officer-oriented rather than disease. It was suggested that this be done by 2020, so it was Defense Reform 2020. In fact, participatory governments have rarely reformed their fields called reform, but the problem is that funny things have occurred in the process of being updated since then. At this time, the decision to increase the number of defense forces to 500,000 in 2020 laid the foundation for a significant decline from the level of 680,000 at that time. At this time, they also agreed to bring wartime control. A speech featuring the famous speech, "Shame on You."

Well, when I became a conservative MB, the North Korean threat was intensified, so 500,000 people were too few, so I raised it to about 510,000... (Are you afraid of North Korea?) After extending the transfer of wartime operational control for one more time,

During the Park Geun-hye administration, it was raised again (Are you afraid of North Korea?) and above all, the restitution of wartime operational control was effectively extended "to an indefinite extent." The so-called U.S. has now returned to a country where they have to be allowed to attack civilian facilities.

During the Moon Jae-in administration, the number of defense personnel 51-52-50 was not important again, but they negotiated to go to 500,000 again and bring back wartime operational control,

As expected, he skipped defense reform 2.0 to 3.0 and suddenly said 4.0, but as expected, you have to increase the number of defense forces because you are conservative again. So now we have to raise the number of defense personnel again... However, there has been no big announcement since the presidential election pledge. But if we talk about this, young men will lose their votes... It came out during the election that they had men in their 20s... If we ask those generations to increase their defense forces...

So it's not going to reduce this number, it's going to be a women's conscription.

I just think that this is a paranoid argument about how all social phenomena are viewed as male-female and what damage has been done to women,

The Defense Research Institute has been working very hard on the reform of the defense workforce over the past 20 years, and there are many directions for the reform. The first was technology-oriented, the second was officers/noncommissioned officers-oriented, and the third was that we should increase the proportion of the private sector in the defense industry like foreign countries. In particular, the United States alone has more than 50% of the private sector's total defense workforce, and almost 40% of all countries in Europe or anywhere, but Korea is virtually single-digit, so you can increase private participation. This is not a mercenary system, but a number of tasks for national defense, whether it be military personnel or civilian administration... Increasing the proportion of the private sector in operational management back-office work is the way other countries have done it.

And in terms of the share of officers/noncommissioned officers/commissioned officers in the military, many countries agree that when you look at the maintenance, officers are paid about 10 times the size of their soldiers, and it's better to go to the so-called officer/commissioned officer system instead of one soldier. So instead of just filling the head, we should go in the direction of securing a "so-skilled military force." This is not that we're small, we're higher than Japan's. Now the proportion of officers/commissioned officers... we'll see the steel army to see if they really are a movie force...

So what we're going to do is we're going to have a skilled defense force... in case of emergency... the presence of officers and noncommissioned officers will be very important to the current 2.7 million reservists, so what can we do by just increasing the number of soldiers?

But what's funny is that the Yoon administration didn't say to increase the number of defense forces, but suddenly they left the party and formed a separate party? ... That's a very urgent pledge, too...

There are experts in all fields, and accepting the so-called influencer's argument, not the experts' argument, is the main reason for the backwardization of Korean politics.

Instead of unconditionally preventing women from conscription, the problem is that talking about something that has nothing to do with decades of defense reform, as if they were worried about national defense, is wrapped up in reform. So all the people who have studied defense reform over the past 20 years are amateurs...

It's the same as stock market reform, but it's really pathetic to see how things are going these days. Can I re-rate it if I block short selling?

Among the stock market reforms, the basic system is to revise the Commercial Law so that the board of directors works for shareholders, not the company, to increase the rate of return by lowering the tax rate by including dividend income tax as a gold investment tax, and to prevent major shareholders from doing so. There are almost no countries that do not have this, but in other words, we must conceptually realize that dividends and interest are different. Dividends may not be repeatable because they come from stocks, which are risky assets, and interest comes from deposits, which are safe assets, which are current activities and comprehensive income. It took four years between 2017 and 2020 to understand and legislate this difference, so it took only four years to make it a gold investment tax. In addition, since major shareholders take care of their children so much that they use expedient and return the company's EPS to the next pipeline, it was not to block them with the Fair Trade Act, but to add an additional line to the Commercial Law to make the board's obligations for shareholders. This was Reform of the Reform, to get out of the incident that made the Korean stock market a chronic discount factor after Samsung's Everland convertible bond case.

So how do you reform the stock market in this government?

The amendment to the Commercial Law was made as if it would be done at the beginning of the year (Oh?) but also because large companies have to be looked after two weeks later. Regarding the board obligations of directors under the Commercial Act, it was not done for shareholders. In the end, he sided with the owners of large companies. Now, with this decision, the Korean stock market went back to the 1970s.

And the gold investment tax will be abolished. Hahaha, then the dividend income tax will pay 49.5%, which is the final tax. Then which crazy major shareholder pays dividends? No, the inheritance tax is high, so you said you would lower the inheritance tax because you don't inherit it, but if the dividend income tax is 49.5, you won't pay dividends at all. Why don't you suddenly take out the stock transfer tax and get water when the dividend tax is lowered by the gold investment tax?... Was the return on stock investment in Korea low because of the transfer tax? Huh?... The United States has a transfer tax, but it's doing well. Whether it's in Japan or not, how can you get a deal?

In the end, it means going to the underdeveloped financial system, and abolishing the gold investment tax in order to cut the stock transfer tax will be paved with innovation. Also, banning short selling is financial market reform... LOL. At the same time, the law gives a blow to the largest shareholders, reaches out again to the chaebol family, and says, "You know I almost advanced? I saved you," and then you improve that PBR behind the scenes? ... It works well.

I did this because someone came out of my dream yesterday, but it was so vivid that I recorded it as soon as I woke up. Thank you.

If the so-called blindfolding and babbling is reform, it's reform... You have to say something far-fetched...
