come to think that technological

I come to think that technological development undermines human nature.

I recently bought something on my parent site. Industrial products also have expiration dates, but I sold them that are way past expiration dates. I got angry, so I did COMPLAIN and asked for a return. It was returned. And I forgot...

I go back to the site and buy things, and I happened to see the past order details. Ugh... I returned this, but it was paid.

CALL on the site. They ask for the waybill number. It's been a while since I threw it away... but there was a waybill sent by the courier, so I called back and let them know.
I got a call from the company. I remitted cash saying I missed it.

I was annoyed twice during this process.
1. He sent me expired products... and blamed the bad guy and the company
2. I returned it, but I didn't process it and I don't know... I also criticized the company at this time

If I had just gone offline and bought it like in the past, I would have been happy.
I thought that online sales would destroy humanity like this.

If you analyze the process well
It is said that the vendor receives the goods from the supplier. At this time, it is the supplier's problem to receive the goods from the supplier as cheap as possible.
And I returned it, but the supplier didn't input it.
So the vendor transferred the money with his own money.

Vendors are actually unfair, too.

In the midst of this, we're both bad guys... I can't believe there's a vendor like this...
He blamed humans.

However, it is actually a supplier's problem and the input may be a mistake.
We made a mistake and blamed him.

If you buy it off-line, you don't have to blame anyone, and there's no problem with knowing whether the supplier's mistake was intentional.

Platform business may provide convenience,
Increasingly dehumanizing... and making each other distrust and human relations worse... I'm worried...

It's actually a small amount of money. It's something you can just let go of.
But the problem is that emotions get too bad than that little money...

We are losing friendships, human beings, people, love, kindness, gratitude, manners, etc. that are more important than money, even though they can't be calculated by money..

Can money buy my colleagues, friends, and people around me??
How much should I give if I buy it with money??

I've been through this little thing... that my humanity is getting worse
I feel... the lines of the past are uncomfortable, but they seem to be more human.

I feel bitter that it's time to sell humanity to convenience
