Sad reality...
The country with the most children is a low-income country. Somalia has the largest number of children, with 5-8 children. Low-income countries are also BEHIND in many areas, such as contraception and women's education

However, the sad reality is that only 2-3 children survive after the age of 5 even if they give birth like this.  
This is because the probability of dying before the age of 5 is very high. This is because vaccinations are not possible due to infectious diseases or lack of medical facilities...

So sometimes I'm like, "Why do you have so many children in a poor country?" But the reason is that half of your children die by the age of five....

It's a sad story, but it's true.

In 1972, just one year after Bangladesh became independent, women had an average of seven children and life expectancy was 52.

Today, they have two children and their life expectancy is expected to be 73.
